What to include in your listing
- Tables, desks and non-upholstered chairs
- Wardrobes, bookcases and storage units
- Bed frames and dismantled flat-pack furniture
Prepare for an accurate offer
- Measure the largest piece and the narrowest doorway.
- List stairs, lifts and the route to parking.
- Say which pieces are already dismantled and retain loose parts safely.
Agree the scope before booking
Use the sofa category for upholstered seating and identify mattresses separately. Removal of fitted units, structural work and disconnection of appliances are not implied by a furniture collection.
What we’ll ask you
- How many items?
- Does anything need taking apart?
How much will it cost?
Collectors price the work you describe. Volume, weight, access, loading time, travel and disposal requirements all matter. Compare the complete price, included work and exclusions rather than an assumed van-load rate. You see the booking total and any service fee before payment.
From offer to collection
Choose an eligible offer, review the collection details and pay online to confirm the booking. Follow progress and messages in your dashboard. Check the completed work, download available records and leave your review.
If the job changes, agree the next step through the booking before additional work. Do not pay an unexpected extra charge at the door.
