One account for every collection

A clearer way to get it collected

Less chasing.
More control.

Good collections start with good information. Your listing gives collectors the details they need, and gives you a clear record of what you agreed.

Show the job once

Upload several photos, choose a waste category and add quantities, access details and preferred dates. Save a draft while you get everything ready.

Choose an offer that fits

Compare total prices, collection windows, inclusions and exclusions. Review collector profiles and available customer feedback before choosing.

Keep the whole story together

Manage listings, booking messages, collection updates, payment records and your reviews from your customer dashboard.

At home or at work

Different needs.
The same clear journey.

A household clear-out and a business collection need different information. Choose the right account type when you register, so your dashboard and collection records reflect how you use YWG.

Collecting for a business?

  • Save multiple collection addresses in your business account.
  • Give each listing its own site, access and loading instructions.
  • Keep previous collections and downloadable booking records together.
  • Describe the source and type of waste so suitable collectors can assess the job.

Business waste and specialist materials can need additional documentation. Check the waste acceptance guidance before preparing your listing.

From first photo to final collection

A booking you
can follow.

You stay in charge of the decision. A chosen offer becomes an assigned booking after the payment is verified.

Make a clear listing

Tell collectors what needs to go, where it is and when you would like it collected. Include stairs, parking and loading distance.

Compare and confirm

Ask practical questions, read each offer and choose your collector. Check the complete booking total and terms before payment.

Follow, check and review

Follow progress and schedule updates. Check the completed collection, confirm it or report a problem, then leave your review.

A place for everything

Your clear-out,
without the loose ends.

Your dashboard brings the practical details into one place, whether you are organising your first collection or returning for another.

Does posting a job commit me to a booking?

No. Registration and listing are free. You decide whether to accept an offer. Review the complete total and booking terms before paying.

Will collectors see my personal information?

Public browsing uses a limited listing view. Contact details and the precise collection address are reserved for the appropriate booking participants. Avoid including names, phone numbers or house numbers in public descriptions and photos.

Can I arrange a collection outside Yorkshire?

YWG accepts listings across the UK. Offers depend on approved collectors covering your location, category and chosen collection window. A listing does not guarantee an offer.

What if I have asbestos or another specialist material?

Declare any suspected hazardous material. Specialist waste needs assessment and suitably authorised services. Do not mix it into a general rubbish listing. Start with the waste acceptance guidance.

What happens if there is a problem with a collection?

Use your booking to report the issue and keep the discussion and evidence together. Review the complaints and disputes process and cancellation and refund information before booking.
