Approved collectors covering your area and waste category can send offers. Compare the all-in collector price, collection window, inclusions and exclusions. Read their profile and available reviews. You choose the winning offer.
3. Pay to confirm.
Review the details and complete total. Full payment confirms the booking and assigns the job. A selected offer alone does not create a confirmed collection.
4. Stay in touch.
Use booking messages to clarify arrangements. Follow updates when your collector is on the way, has arrived or is delayed. Any proposed date change needs your response.
5. Confirm and review.
After the collector marks the job complete, check the collection and confirm completion. If there is a problem, raise it through your booking. Leave a review to help future customers choose.
