What to include in your listing
- Fridges and freezers
- Washing machines, dryers and dishwashers
- Cookers and ovens with connection status stated
Prepare for an accurate offer
- Give dimensions for large or built-in appliances.
- Arrange appropriate disconnection before removal unless qualified work is explicitly agreed.
- Empty appliances and describe stairs and door clearances.
Agree the scope before booking
A collection offer does not automatically include gas, electrical or plumbing work. Do not damage refrigerant circuits or attempt unsafe disconnection to prepare for collection.
What we’ll ask you
- Which appliances?
- How many in total?
- Are they disconnected?
How much will it cost?
Collectors price the work you describe. Volume, weight, access, loading time, travel and disposal requirements all matter. Compare the complete price, included work and exclusions rather than an assumed van-load rate. You see the booking total and any service fee before payment.
From offer to collection
Choose an eligible offer, review the collection details and pay online to confirm the booking. Follow progress and messages in your dashboard. Check the completed work, download available records and leave your review.
If the job changes, agree the next step through the booking before additional work. Do not pay an unexpected extra charge at the door.
