What to include in your listing
- Whole or part house and flat clearances
- Garage and shed contents
- Loft or cellar contents subject to safe access assessment
Prepare for an accurate offer
- Label items to keep and remove personal papers before collection.
- Photograph each space and identify heavy or unusual items.
- Confirm who can provide access and any deadline for keys or handover.
Agree the scope before booking
Contents removal does not automatically include demolition, deep cleaning, hazardous waste or working from unsafe loft floors. Executors, landlords and agents should confirm their authority to dispose of the contents.
What we’ll ask you
- What is being cleared?
- How many rooms or spaces?
- Roughly how much is there?
How much will it cost?
Collectors price the work you describe. Volume, weight, access, loading time, travel and disposal requirements all matter. Compare the complete price, included work and exclusions rather than an assumed van-load rate. You see the booking total and any service fee before payment.
From offer to collection
Choose an eligible offer, review the collection details and pay online to confirm the booking. Follow progress and messages in your dashboard. Check the completed work, download available records and leave your review.
If the job changes, agree the next step through the booking before additional work. Do not pay an unexpected extra charge at the door.
