What to include in your listing
- Grass, leaves and hedge cuttings
- Branches with approximate lengths
- Soil, turf, roots or stumps declared separately for assessment
Prepare for an accurate offer
- Separate clean plant material from pots, rubble and plastics.
- Count bags and explain whether any material is loose.
- Describe gates, steps and the distance from garden to loading point.
Agree the scope before booking
Do not combine chemicals, treated timber or unknown plants with clean green waste without declaring them. Tree surgery, excavation and dismantling sheds are separate work and must be agreed explicitly.
What we’ll ask you
- What is in it?
- Roughly how much is there?
- Is it bagged?
How much will it cost?
Collectors price the work you describe. Volume, weight, access, loading time, travel and disposal requirements all matter. Compare the complete price, included work and exclusions rather than an assumed van-load rate. You see the booking total and any service fee before payment.
From offer to collection
Choose an eligible offer, review the collection details and pay online to confirm the booking. Follow progress and messages in your dashboard. Check the completed work, download available records and leave your review.
If the job changes, agree the next step through the booking before additional work. Do not pay an unexpected extra charge at the door.
