What to include in your listing
- Bricks, rubble, tiles and ceramics
- Timber and metal identified separately
- Plasterboard and soil disclosed as separate materials
Prepare for an accurate offer
- Separate materials where safe and practical.
- Estimate bag counts or pile dimensions and say how it will be loaded.
- Explain whether the waste came from DIY work or a business/tradesperson.
Agree the scope before booking
Declare suspected asbestos, chemicals and unknown insulation for specialist review. Do not break or sample suspect material. The collector must confirm a suitable route for the stated materials; a general rubbish offer is not sufficient.
What we’ll ask you
- Which materials? — Keep plasterboard apart from the rest if you can: it has to be disposed of separately.
- Roughly how much is there?
- Is it bagged?
How much will it cost?
Collectors price the work you describe. Volume, weight, access, loading time, travel and disposal requirements all matter. Compare the complete price, included work and exclusions rather than an assumed van-load rate. You see the booking total and any service fee before payment.
From offer to collection
Choose an eligible offer, review the collection details and pay online to confirm the booking. Follow progress and messages in your dashboard. Check the completed work, download available records and leave your review.
If the job changes, agree the next step through the booking before additional work. Do not pay an unexpected extra charge at the door.
