What to include in your listing
- Desks, workstations and storage units
- Office or shop furniture and fixtures identified in the listing
- IT equipment declared as a separate stream
Prepare for an accurate offer
- Count workstations and identify upholstered chairs separately.
- Agree lift bookings, loading-bay access and permitted collection hours.
- Separate confidential paperwork and devices requiring secure data handling.
Agree the scope before booking
Data destruction, dismantling fitted fixtures and recurring bin collections are not included unless expressly agreed. Specify any required waste documentation and verify it after collection.
What we’ll ask you
- How many desks or workstations?
- Is there IT equipment?
- Roughly how much is there?
How much will it cost?
Collectors price the work you describe. Volume, weight, access, loading time, travel and disposal requirements all matter. Compare the complete price, included work and exclusions rather than an assumed van-load rate. You see the booking total and any service fee before payment.
From offer to collection
Choose an eligible offer, review the collection details and pay online to confirm the booking. Follow progress and messages in your dashboard. Check the completed work, download available records and leave your review.
If the job changes, agree the next step through the booking before additional work. Do not pay an unexpected extra charge at the door.
